Power is the rate at which electric energy is transferred by an electric circuit. The SI unit of power is the watt, one joule per second. In game, power is generated by Power Plants and is required to build the city. The Plot Indicator tells whether or not the plot is powered, unpowered, or was powered but not anymore. Natural Springs also provide power to the plot they're on.
